Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Siboniso Gaxa has graduated from Wits University with a degree in political science and social studies.
Taking to social media to celebrate his special day, Gaxa – who is nicknamed Pa by fans – posted a picture of him in his graduation gown and his degree in hand.
The image was reposted by former teammate Reneilwe Letsholonyane, who praised the 34-year-old for pursuing his studies.
"A true example of there’s life before, during and afta football,” Yeye wrote on Instagram. “He inspired me to work hard on the field and keeps doing that off the field. He’s always been a hardworker and proud of this dude. Let’s live, learn and appreciate the good that are done by others. Danki Ricco."
